The Assistant Pastors, Ps. Caesar and Naly Prelow

Pastors Caesar and Naly Prelow oversee New Hope International Church’s North Campus located in Mountlake Terrace. Both he and his wife have faithfully served in New Hope International Church for more than 10 years.

Pastor Caesar is a gifted preacher, enjoys ministering to people’s individual needs, and plays a key role in developing and supporting the church’s family and maturity ministries. Before joining the church staff as a full-time pastor in 2000, Pastor Caesar was a teacher at Seattle’s African American Academy and while also serving fervently in the church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Idaho (1996) and grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Pastor Naly complements her husband with administrative gifts and has served faithfully at New Hope International Church for nearly 20 years, including organizing countless church retreats and events. Born in Laos, Pastor Naly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Today, she spends most of her time training her three young children to become disciples of Jesus.
